The GNAPS Greater Accra successfully organized its maiden Science Clinic for Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E) candidates on September 9, 2022, aimed at strengthening students’ academic preparedness and boosting their confidence ahead of the national examinations.

The clinic brought together experienced facilitators, examiners, and educators who guided candidates through key areas critical to their success. The session was highly interactive, practical-oriented, and tailored to address common challenges faced by students.

Key Areas Covered Included:

Conference Marking Using Scanner Technology: A modern and efficient marking approach was introduced, giving students instant feedback and helping them understand their performance levels.

Science Practicals: Hands-on demonstrations and practical insights to help students better understand scientific concepts and application.

Interaction with Examiners: Candidates had the unique opportunity to engage directly with examiners, gaining valuable tips on how to approach questions and avoid common mistakes.

Open Forum: An engaging platform where students freely asked questions and received clarifications on difficult topics across subjects.

Mock Examination in Core Subjects: Students participated in a structured mock exam designed to simulate the real B.E.C.E environment and test their readiness.

The maiden edition of the Science Clinic proved to be a great success, equipping candidates with practical knowledge, exam techniques, and renewed confidence.

GNAPS Greater Accra remains committed to improving academic outcomes and will continue to roll out impactful initiatives to support students across the region.
